Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It removes every story, all
image and audio files, child profiles, your pen name, follows, likes, and your
account itself from our systems.
To keep a copy first, choose “Export my data” on the same screen — you
get a JSON file containing your account, child profiles, and every story.
Ask us to delete it (by email)
Email contact@fullteam.tech
from the address you signed up with, stating that you want your NitanAI account
deleted. We act on it and reply within 30 days, and may ask for extra details to
confirm you own the account.
Guest sessions are tied to the device and have no email we can verify
against — please delete from the in-app Settings screen before uninstalling.
What may persist briefly
Infrastructure backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before being
overwritten on their normal cycle.
Records we are legally required to keep, if any, are held only for as long
as the law requires.
