NitanAI turns a short text idea into an illustrated, narrated storybook for children. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you can get it back or delete it. We have kept it plain, because the people reading it are parents deciding on behalf of a child.
FULL TEAM CO., LTD. (บริษัท ฟูลทีม จำกัด) (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through the NitanAI app.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, do not pass it to data brokers, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. They are processors, not independent controllers.

International transfers: our own systems run in South-East Asia
(Cloud Functions asia-southeast1, database
asia-southeast3). OpenAI and ElevenLabs process in the United
States, so sending data to them is an international transfer, carried out
under each provider's standard contractual clauses.
NitanAI is designed so that a parent creates the account and controls the settings. Accounts must be created by an adult, and every settings screen sits behind a parental gate.
When a story finishes generating, that story — its title, illustrations, text, and narration — appears in the public Story Library where other users can read it, credited to the pen name you chose — or with no author shown, if you created the story before choosing one. The same stories also appear in the “Discover Stories” screen. What is not published: your email, the prompt you typed, the title you suggested, and your child's nickname and age range.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Two of those you can do immediately in the app, without waiting for us:
Both sit behind the parental gate. To have us act on your behalf, write to contact@fullteam.tech; we respond within 30 days.
One limitation to be aware of: a pen name is set once and cannot be edited or removed in the app. If you want yours changed or taken down, contact us — or delete the account, which removes it along with everything else.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Database access is constrained by security rules that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you as the law requires.
The app uses no advertising cookies, contains no ad SDK, does not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), and performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
If we make a material change we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect.
