Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NitanAI you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. Who may use NitanAI

A NitanAI account must be created and controlled by someone aged 18 or over. The app is designed for a parent to use together with a child, not for a child to use alone. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including use by children in your care.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password confidential.
• Guest sessions are not tied to an email address. If you delete the app or sign out, you may permanently lose access to stories created in that session.
• A pen name can be set once and cannot be changed afterwards. Do not choose a name that impersonates another person or organisation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use NitanAI to create, publish, or attempt to create content that:

• involves the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children in any form;
• is sexual, graphically violent, or designed to frighten severely;
• promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment of a person or group;
• infringes intellectual property or impersonates a real person;
• breaks Thai law or any law that applies to you.

Both what you type and what the model writes are screened automatically. Requests that fail are refused, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service. You also may not attempt to breach or reverse-engineer the service, drive it with automated tools, or circumvent the daily generation limit.

5. Content you create

You keep ownership of the stories created through your account. By using the app you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, process, and display those stories in the app's public Story Library, to the extent needed to provide the service. The licence ends when you delete the story or your account.

6. AI-generated content

• Story text, illustrations, and narration are produced automatically by AI systems. Output may be inaccurate, nonsensical, or simply not what you expected.
• Generated content is not factual information, nor educational, medical, or professional advice.
• We recommend a parent read a story before playing it for a child, even though every story is content-screened.
• Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users.

7. Limits and availability

The app is currently free, with a limit of 5 stories per day per account (2 per day for guest sessions). We may change that limit, add or remove features, or take the service down for maintenance without prior notice. An internet connection is required to create and to play a story.

8. Suspension and termination

You may leave at any time by deleting all your data from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach section 4 or put other users at risk, and will explain why where we can.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose of yours. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits consumer rights granted to you by Thai law.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
